Your shipping kit arrives at your door—fully insured and designed for convenience. Once your watch is securely packaged, simply drop it off with our trusted courier or schedule a pickup.
Before service
Your watch is carefully evaluated by our master watchmakers. If any additional work is recommended, our Concierge team will contact you to review the details and get your approval before service begins.
During service
